Fraser gained his extensive IT experience both as a small business owner and as Vice President of Information Technology for a $45 million+ service company. He is a results-oriented technology leader who understands how to apply technology as an enabler for business, resulting in efficiency and growth.
 

Fraser is experienced in full lifecycle software development, operations, P & L management and strategic planning in both start up and growth environments. His specialties include technology development, strategic planning, business process optimization and change management.
