With this plan, we offer unlimited helpdesk support and problem resolution, management of anti-virus and windows updates, and the monitoring of your company servers and workstations for availability and issues. This option allows you to easily budget for your IT support and gives you the peace of mind that you will not be surprised with a big IT support bill one month. We will work with you to determine your monthly fee, based on the the number of locations, type of servers and number of workstations you have.
Unified Communications
As a Cisco certified partner, we offer solutions that bring together voice, messaging, video and desktop applications. These solutions, which include VoIP, help reduce operating and maintenance costs, and provide tremendous flexibility for branch office connectivity and mobile workers.

Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions
We offer state-of-the-art disk-based backup and disaster recovery (BDR) solutions for our clients. Our solution is both a service and hardware bundled in one. The hardware is a server that resides onsite and will take scheduled snapshots of your server(s) and their accompanying data. Those snapshots are then pushed offsite to two redundant data centers for storage. Your backups are monitored 24/7 for completion and corrective action is taken immediately, if necessary.

Break-Fix Support
We offer network support and maintenance for an hourly fee, commonly referred to as "Break-Fix" support. Essentially if something breaks, you call us and we will come out and fix it. This is a great option for small companies, who cannot commit to a monthly fee, or for those who handle most of their IT support internally and just need support every now and then.
